National Teachers’ Day is an annual celebration of those who dedicate their lives to the education of others.
There has never been a time more apt to say thank you to the nation’s school teachers, as months of lockdown over the past year have seen parents forced to tackle the business of homeschooling for the very first time.

Just when is National Teachers’ Day? Here’s what you need to know…
When is National Teachers Day?
National Teachers Day is today, Tuesday October 5 2021.
Celebrated in the UK annually, Teacher’s Day is actually celebrated worldwide on October 5, too.
