Greek Island of Crete hit by 6.5 magnitude earthquake

The Greek island of Crete has been struck by a 6.5 magnitude earthquake.

The European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) said the quake in the holiday destination had a depth of 1.24 miles.
