Charles and Camilla official portraits released
Just one week to go! (Picture: PA)

Three new images of King Charles III and his Queen Consort Camilla have been released ahead of the couple’s coronation next week.

The regalia are being polished, the special guest list has been prepared and everyone in the UK is ready for yet another bank holiday weekend.

All we need now is the king and queen themselves.

With just one week to go before the big day, new photographs of the couple pre-coronation have been unveiled.

They were taken in the blue drawing room of Buckingham Palace, in central London, last month.

King Charles is wearing a blue Anderson and Sheppard suit, finished with a blue tie and white Turnbull and Asser shirt.

Camilla is wearing a blue wool crepe coat dress made by British designer Fiona Clare.
