Former President Donald Trump is reportedly returning to New York City this week to sit for a deposition on a state fraud lawsuit.

Trump is scheduled to sit for a second deposition on Thursday morning as part of New York Attorney General Letitia James’ probe into the Trump Organization’s business practices, law enforcement sources told the New York Post on Monday.

The trip would come nine days after Trump was arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court on 34 felony counts for his alleged role in a hush payment to silence porn star Stormy Daniels’ claims of an affair.

Trump is slated to fly from his Mar-a-Lago home on Wednesday night to New York City and stay at his Trump Tower residence, sources told the newspaper. He is expected to face questioning the next morning by James’ prosecutors in her offices in Manhattan.

The ex-president is likely to plead the Fifth, or decide to refuse answering questions to avoid possible self-incrimination, sources from several agencies reportedly said. Trump pleaded the Fifth when he sat for the first deposition in the case last year.

James last year filed a $250million civil fraud lawsuit against Trump, three of his adult children and his company. The suit alleges that they inflated asset valuations to gain more favorable loans.
