A Romanian judge has ruled that Andrew Tate and his brother are to be released from custody.
The 36-year-old former professional kickboxer is being investigated over allegations of sexual assault and exploitation.
Tate, who has 5.4 million Twitter followers, and his brother Tristan have now been released from prison.
Both will be placed under house arrest with immediate effect.
He will be ordered to stay inside the buildings where they live, unless they obtain judicial permission to leave.
Tate was arrested on December 29 last year.
It came after he waged an internet war against Greta Thunberg regarding his fleet of cars and the emissions they created.
The climate activist had simply responded he had ‘small d**k energy’.
Police in Romania continue to investigate claims of human trafficking, rape and forming an organised crime group levelled against the self-proclaimed misogynist and his brother.
The two men have maintained their innocence on all the charges.
In February, Tate, 36, said as he left court: ‘Ask them for evidence and they will give you none, because it doesn’t exist.’
Prosecutors say the pair recruited their alleged victims by seducing them, and then forced them to produce pornographic content under duress.
Tate himself has repeatedly claimed Romanian prosecutors have no evidence and alleged their case is a ‘political’ conspiracy designed to silence him.
Following the ruling, a tweet on his profile read: ‘They weaponize lies to keep me in here. But you cannot hide the sun forever.’
Beforehand, another post had said: ‘I’ve been in jail for 61 days. But not allowed a single visit. Not even from my children.’
