A crash near Cirencester in Gloucestershire has claimed the lives of three people.
The collision took place on the B4425 Bibury Road at 8.50am this morning and involved a Ford Transit Connect van and a Ford Focus.
The 51-year-old driver of the van and a 72-year-old passenger in the car were both pronounced dead at the scene.
A 75-year-old, the driver of the Focus, died after being airlifted to hospital.
Gloucestershire Constabulary closed the road for several hours and are now appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
A spokesperson from the source said: ‘Officers would also like to speak to anybody who may have dashcam footage which they believe would be relevant, or who saw anything unusual on the road in the time beforehand.’
